kentec's logo KENTEC, founded in 1992 and located in the province of Pisa, is an engineering consultancy company specialised in the analysis, design and realisation of machine vision, thermal vision, spectral vision and hyperspectral imaging systems. Tecalex's logo TECALEX, founded in 2000 and located in Girona (Catalonia), is a successful leading supplier of a complete range of aluminum extrusion equipment and machinery. Its activities comprise the design and supply of a complete range of equipment for the extrusion process such as: compact aluminum extrusion presses, the design and realization of control systems for the diagnosis and control of the extrusion press process, profile cooling systems, air and water cooling systems, puller systems for the extruded raw material, profile handling systems, automation of the manipulation of the extruded material, heat treatment systems, billet furnaces, die ovens and auxiliary equipment. It has a staff of 60 people with a strong participation of engineering personnel. Tecalum's logo TECALUM, founded in 1998 and located in Tortellą (Girona, Spain) is an aluminium profile supplier with a staff of 90 employees. It provides a wide range of aluminium profiles for diverse applications within sectors such as Interior/Building, Transport, Machinery, Solar, Carpentry, and others. TECALUM is a high value added extruded aluminium supplier and to satify customer expectations it utilises sophisticated multi-axes numerical control machinery during the final finishing process. Next's logo NTT is a research organisation established in Prato (Italy) in 1972, the first and principal Tuscany research center for textile technology with13 employees and over 30 European research project financed. NTT represents a reference point in Italy for research and technological innovation in textile processing. The NTT profile is particularly relevant to the objectives of the ESIPSE project. Its experience in process simulation and modelling and control has been consolidated on spinning, weaving, knitting of technical fibres including composites, in several National and International research projects, such as CRAFT Projects "DINIS", "TEXTIFORM" and FP6 Collaborative projects ULTRATEC and Enviro-Tex-Design  Next Tecnotessile is participating in the project as a qualified sub contractor in the area of heat shrinkage modelling via finite element analysis. Go to the company website
